training log 9/10

I’ve been going on easy runs because I’ve been too lazy to change my alarm clock on my phone. I finally changed it today back to 0715am. While I’ve been easy running I find that I’m lasting longer than when I started three weeks ago. It’s two more weeks until graduation and I still have a thing for smoking cigarettes. If I can get myself on a regular schedule, I’ll be all right. I just hit a short rough patch that I’m not in a mood to freak out about. I’m just dusting off my shoes, re-adjusting my schedule and going back at it. In other words, if I use blogging as my crutch for a while I’ll be on a decent schedule.

Quick, easy runs through Freedom. Make the mornings feel crispy and not so hot yet.

Hopefully, this week I’ll get a job that way I can better my normal diet. That will make me happy.
