new travel distance for the week:
4.11 mi., walking and running intervals, more running this time. much better posture and breath control.
0730am-9am, new street terrain in Atlanta. Quieter, more park distance to cover.
Stretched calves, shins and lower back. Landed on ball of feet much better.
Today… start making changes to normal diet. Building on better carbs, proteins and water as hydration. Last day to drink Coca Cola and smoke cigarettes. Tomorrow will be different. Gotta ween off the nicotine.
